Our project is located 15 minutes north of Blackwater at Curragh North mine.

Responsibilities of this role
- Machine maintenance, including component replacement, component overhaul, general repairs, fault diagnostics
- Execute unplanned repairs and maintenance on a large mining fleet and ancillary gear
- Be self-motivated and able to work as directed
- Be committed to procedure based preventative maintenance
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and work within teams to develop and implement solutions
- Be committed to adhering to and promoting a strong safety culture

Requirements for this role include
- Trade qualified as a Diesel Fitter or equivalent with post-trade experience in the mining industry
- OEM or experience with field services on large mining equipment and ancillary gear
- Current Queensland Coal Board Medical (or we can assist you to obtain)
- Current Standard 11 (or willingness to obtain)
- A current Queensland driver licence
