Healthylife is an independent startup within Woolworths Group Ecosystem. In Healthylife, we aim to support and inspire every Australian to live healthier lives. Our team looks to reshape the health landscape in Australia and make a difference for Australians.
We are looking for an amazing UX/UI Designer to work with us on this journey who would enjoy startup culture, creating a substantial impact for our communities and backing of Woolworths Group.
The UX/UI Designer role has the responsibility for delivering great experiences and ensuring our propositions are brought to life through engaging digital experiences. Improving the user experience and optimising the customer journey to achieve digital experience targets.

**Your key responsibilities include**:

- At least 5 years' experience working on UX for large scale experiences
- Understanding of end to end UX process.
- Facilitation and workshopping skills.
- Strong understanding of UX research methodologies.
- Working within AGILE delivery teams and methodologies.
- Produce research reports and lo-fi sketches/wireframes/prototypes/user flows that articulate the structure and necessary steps a user needs to take in order to reach their goal.
- Experience using Figma for high-fi wireframes & Miro boards for low-fi sketches and wireframes
- Data driven in your approach.
- Demonstrated work in the area of Innovation or technology.
- Experience presenting and communicating designs and research and design milestones - peers and senior stakeholders
- Experience working at scale
- Great attention to detail
- Keen interest in CX and customer innovation
- Experience with FMCG & online retail
