Whether you are at the start of your culinary career, or have years of experience in the kitchen, we have a position available for you in our brigade:

- Cook
- Commis Chef
- Demi Chef
- Chef de Partie
- Sous Chef
- Head Chef

**The Positions**:

- Experience international gourmet cuisine as you showcase culinary mastery in a prestigious global setting.
- Collaborate with renowned chefs and partner with world-class culinary professionals.
- Cater to VIPs and international guests, creating unforgettable experiences.
- Join an esteemed team with the highest standards in hospitality and culinary excellence.

**The Person**:

- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a commercial kitchen environment. Must hold the appropriate trade qualifications or training (Commis and above).
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail and passion for culinary excellence.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Interviews will take place at onsite recruitment days at Melbourne Park, or via Teams throughout September 2025.**

All Australian Open roles are casual contracts that will commence Monday 6th October unless otherwise communicated. Shifts may be rostered across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays and paid in accordance with the Hospitality Industry Award. All onboarding and training will be provided prior to commencement.
