**Field Technician - Mechanical (Casual)**:
**The Role**

This is a fantastic opportunity to grow in your trade as a Field Technician - Mechanical with the fast-moving team at Rotation Solutions.

As part of our high-performing crew, you will undertake hands-on technical work for our clients, using your knowledge and skills to **deliver outstanding results** while servicing and maintaining a wide selection of Industrial Gas Turbines and Rotating Equipment (RE).

Your technical know-how will give us the horsepower we need to keep our Tier-1 partners safe, effective and fully operational through complex field repairs and routine maintenance tasks.

**Your Mission**

As you grow in your role, you will support our brand's reputation for a diligent work ethic, craftsmanship, and innovative problem-solving.

You will be accountable for project progression onsite while helping to improve our practical team-based methods over time.

To be successful, you will bring a developed understanding and interest in Turbomachinery and an awareness of maintenance best practices - alongside experience in the Australian Oil and Gas Industry.

**Core Competencies & Experience**:

- Mechanical Trade Cert III or equivalent
- Experience in disassembly/reassembly of Gas & Solar Turbine engines and Centrifugal Compressors
- Execution of laser alignments, dry gas seal replacements & borescope inspections
- Flange Management - Including hot bolting
- Commitment to continuous improvement
- Interest in Solar Turbines and GE Aero maintenance
- Ability and right to work in Australia
