**Opportunity**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated **Assistant Product/Brand Manager**to join our team in **Baulkham Hills.**This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

In this role, you will assist in the development and execution of marketing objectives, strategies, and tactics in accordance with company goals and the strategic objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager and cross-functional teams to define product strategies and roadmaps.
- Participate in market research projects to understand the needs and drivers of the market and provide recommendations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of advertising and promotions and analysing the effectiveness against targets & objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.
- Work with the Senior Product Manager in achieving and maintaining channel marketing budgets and marketing plans.
- Liaise and seek engagement of other departments for the implementation of key marketing initiatives.
- Actively participate in all marketing meetings.
- Communicate all relevant marketing information and data to all key business managers and sales personnel within your assigned business channel.
- Provide customer centric marketing support aligned with account profitability.
- Ensure that the company complies with Australian Consumer Law.

**To be successful, you will have**:

- A tertiary qualification with a marketing discipline
- 1-2 years of Marketing Assistant experience, or in a similar role
- A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to use initiative
- Great communication and organisation skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
