**THE ROLE**
- Lead a safety-first culture through inspections, incident investigations, and compliance with statutory requirements
- Drive cost efficiency by managing budgets, procurement, and contractor performance
- Improve asset reliability by implementing action plans and collaborating with planning teams
- Oversee planning and execution of maintenance activities, including major overhauls
- Maintain detailed maintenance history in Pronto our computerised maintenance management system (CMMS)
- Play a key role as part of the leadership team in the implementation of a positive, safe, and productive culture in the workplace
- Provide mentoring and leadership to your team
- Actively promote a high level of safety awareness, lead from the front and by example
- Liaise with Contractors and Stakeholders as required

**WHAT DO I NEED**
- Current “C” Class Manual Western Australian driver’s licence
- Valid and relevant trade qualifications, certificates, and licences
- Minimum 10 years’ mechanical maintenance experience in an underground mining environment
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Superintendent or similar role
- Current Statutory Supervisor Schedule 26 (required)
- Experience with a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as Pronto (desired)
- Knowledge and understanding of the Work Health and Safety Act & Regulations
- Intermediate computer skills & literacy, particularly across the MS Office suite
- A can-do, team-oriented attitude
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on developing effective relationships and team building
- Desire to maintain a proactive safe working environment
- Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and be adaptable
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
