Fx and Cfd Sales Rep

**Responsibilities**:

- Establishing new cooperation with channel and media
- Converting exciting prospective/ warm leads into new clients and promote our products and benefits effectively.
- Maintaining our high-quality client relationships.
- Maximizing customer satisfaction and ensuring a quality experience
- The position is performance-oriented, with a minimum expected monthly target.
- As we are growing business, this role will require you to do both business development by signing up Wholesale clients (only) and transitioning to dealing them.
- Growth mindset to identify and develop a consistent pipeline that they can convert to an active clients.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay/ Indonesian/ Thai/ Vietnamese/ Filipino (other languages are preferred too).
- Adaptive to change with high tolerance to stressful interactions
- A positive enthusiastic and motivated attitude
- Time management skills
- A sense of humor and excellent work ethic
- Strong Sales experience preferably in FX/CFD industry.
- Experience using MT4 platform and basic trading knowledge an advantage.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Preferably RG146 qualified.

- Strong understanding of FX options and risk management solutions
- Be with passion for learning practical financial knowledge and professional skills
- Confident with systems including the Microsoft Office suite and CRMs
