**About this role**:
This established and respected design studio has an outstanding portfolio of projects. They are looking for a talented and enthusiastic interior designer to join their dynamic team, contributing to the design of private residential and boutique multi-residential projects. The ideal applicant will have detailed ArchiCAD and/or Revit documentation capabilities, along with in-depth supplier knowledge and detail specification experience. With a strong commitment to mentorship and career progression, this is an exciting opportunity for an interior designer to learn and grow with a renowned practice.

**Key responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the design team to deliver thoughtfully considered designs for high-end residential, multi-residential and commercial projects
- Confidently deliver full documentation packages and concept presentations
- Develop and implement material and finishes palettes to the highest standard
- Work collaboratively with other members of the team, including architects, builders and suppliers
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results

**Skills and experience**
- Degree qualification in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
- At least 5 years' local experience in high-end residential design
- Expertise in ArchiCAD, with strong documentation & joinery detailing skills
- A keen eye for material and finishes selection and specification
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other team members and clients
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations
- Motivated, positive and open approach
