Role Overview

As a trainer, your role will be to deliver interactive, practical training that prepares students with the essential skills and knowledge to thrive in the care industry. Responsibilities include creating lesson plans, evaluating student progress, and ensuring that all training aligns with industry standards.

Your role:
Deliver training for Certificate III in Individual Support, HLTAID009 (Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation), and HLTAID011 Provide First Aid.

Develop and update lesson plans, assessments, and training resources.

Track and evaluate student performance, offering feedback to guide their learning journey.

Stay current with industry standards and regulatory compliance.

Engage in validation and moderation activities.

Mentor students and provide additional support to help them achieve their qualifications.

**Requirements**:
1. TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) or a diploma or higher level qualification in adult education

2. CHC33021Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and/or Disability)

3. At least 2 years of recent industry experience working in aged care and/or disability care settings.

4. Strong knowledge of current industry practices, regulations, and standards.

5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

6. Familiarity with online learning platforms and technologies

7. Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and maintaining industry currency and the VET sector to inform training and assessment practices.

8. Understanding of the ESOS Framework is highly regarded but not essential.

9. Preferred language: Mandarin，English

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 per week
