Facility Manager

**About the Role** Aegis has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Residential Aged Care Facility Manager, to provide strong leadership at our Aegis Hilton Park Facility located in Hilton. As part of the Aegis executive team, you will be accountable for the day-to-day operations and overall management of all aspects of the Facility, while being empowered to manage and influence your own business unit with support from other professional teams. Reporting to the Executive Manager Operations and Marketing, you will: - Drive quality in the delivery of all services including care, therapy, hospitality & customer service to ensure excellence is maintained in line with Aegis’ vision, mission, and values. - Provide leadership and expertise.to all areas of operation. - Provide high quality support to residents and their families. - Oversee all aspects of care service and food services delivery are compliant with Aged Care Quality Standards, Aegis policies and procedures and relevant legislation. - Manage all material, human and financial resources to ensure their efficient and effective use, including developing and implementing annual business plans and budgets with ongoing management to ensure all targets are achieved. - Act as a role model to staff, promoting Aegis’ values in everything you do. - Lead, coach and direct all human resources functions to ensure the delivery of all services in terms of Aegis expectations and values. Located in the heart of the Hilton, Aegis Hilton Park caters for up to 136 residents and provides Low, high and Dementia specific care services.
