Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented 3PL Warehouse Office Assistant to join our team at Chipping Norton site. This role plays a critical part in supporting the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient communication across departments and maintaining high standards of customer service and warehouse organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the day-to-day operations of a busy 3PL warehouse environment
- Provide high-level customer service to clients, including communication in both English and Mandarin
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and assist with dispatch scheduling
- Liaise between warehouse, customer service, and transport teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse facility
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control and reporting
- Accurately update warehouse management systems and maintain documentation
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and company procedures

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experience in a 3PL or logistics warehouse environment (not essential)
- Strong communication skills in English; Mandarin language proficiency preferred
- Excellent customer service and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with WMS platforms
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Bachelor’s degree obtained in Australia preferred

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
