Due to internal progression, We’re hiring a full time Multi-Site Area Manager at Stylerunner

Now, we're searching for an exceptional Area Manager to lead from the front — one who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, and knows how to drive results and culture across a dynamic retail network.
**The Role**:
As Area Manager, you're the cultural amplifier of your region and a key driver of Stylerunner's success on the ground.
You’ll inspire and develop a team of passionate Store Managers to deliver high-impact customer experiences, elevate visual and operational standards, and exceed commercial targets — all while staying true to HER.
With responsibility across 6-7 stores, this role is about leading with purpose, influence, and precision. You’ll champion the Stylerunner brand in every location — developing talent, shaping culture, and driving daily execution that aligns with our elevated, fashion-first vision. It's bold leadership in motion — fast-paced, high-impact, and deeply connected to both people and performance.
**What You’ll Be Responsible For**:

- Leading, mentoring, and growing high-performing store leaders
- Driving commercial performance across all key metrics — sales, wage control, GP, conversion, fulfilment & loyalty
- Championing a premium, HER-first customer experience and styling culture
- Elevating store execution, VM alignment, and visual storytelling across every touchpoint
- Ensuring operational discipline and compliance in every store — from stock to safety
- Partner with Buying and Planning to influence product curation and regional relevance that resonates with HER.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A proven retail leader — 3+ years multi-site management & 5+ years senior store leadership in fashion or performance retail
- Commercially sharp with strong financial acumen — you know your way around a P&L
- A people-first leader — energising, emotionally intelligent, and unshakably committed to development
- Obsessed with HER — passionate about styling, connection, and customer service
- A fast thinker, clear communicator, and relentless problem-solver
- Resilient, agile and ready to lead from the floor
