We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to join our esteemed team.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Administrative Support**:

- Coordinate office administration tasks such as answering phone calls, managing appointments, and assisting with client inquiries;
- Support the team with file opening, data entry, billing, and handling confidential information appropriately;
- Manage client files, including document organisation, filing, and updating records;
- Facilitate communication between clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to maintain seamless client service.
- **Sales and Lead Generation**:

- Identify and generate new leads and maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client leads in the CRM;
- Developing new and existing client relationships whilst participating in ongoing business development;
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and client conversion.
- **Social Media and Marketing support**:

- Schedule and manage posts according to the content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of messaging;
- Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments and inquiries promptly with the marketing team to develop content ideas that promote the firm’s services and engage potential clients.

**Qualifications / Requirements**:

- _Proficient in _**English**_ _with excellent written and verbal communication skills;_
- Bilingual is preferred (Mandarin);
- Diploma or higher qualification obtained within Australia;
- Strong organisation skills and keen attention to detail;
- Outstanding time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Able to work both autonomously and as part of a team;
- Strong MS Office skills.

Pay: $46,460.00 - $75,225.46 per year
