We are seeking for a hardworking and passionate hospitality professional to join our team as full-time F&B Manager.

The F&B Manager will be responsible for managing the following venues within the hotel:

- Nate’s Restaurant & Bar
- Room Services
- Rooftop Bar
- 7 Conference Facilities

This position will be tasked to supervise the day to day operations of the department, including coordinating with SME and attending to other duties to ensure customer satisfaction while aiming to grow and maximise the financial performance of the department. The F&B Manager will also provide on-going training and conduct performance management within the team.

This is a hands-on role and we require someone with:

- relevant tertiary qualification
- previous experience in a similar capacity ideally within a hotel environment
- excellent communication skills
- passion to deliver exceptional customer service
- the ability to work in a fast paced team environment under management direction
- the ability to build, maintain and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers
- the flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
- current Responsible Service of Alcohol and First Aid certificates
- full work rights in Australia.
