The Financal Reporting Manager will be a key player in business development within an exceptional growth environment. Leading a small team, the Financal Reporting Manager will act as a key member of the market’s Senior Leadership Team.

Job description
- The_ new Financal Reporting Manager will be responsible for:

- The Preparation, review and management of all aspects of the company financial accounts (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Providing exceptional leadership with a special focus on the building and development of the finance team.
- Being an active member of the management team at strategic and operational level. Driving key initiatives and plays a significant role in systems and process development.
- Providing insightful financial analysis and management information to facilitate an effective and commercial decision-making process.
- Acting as a Business Partner to the other departments providing financial insight and understanding to non-financial managers.
- Developing and enhancing procedures to ensure efficient and effective management of the business.
- Financial planning, analysis, and management of the budgeting & forecasting process in accordance with HQ timetables and guidelines.
- Monitoring performance and profitability closely against targets.
- Leading financial, management and HQ reporting, ensuring all deadlines are met and are in accordance with group policies.
- Fiscal reporting and compliance including statutory accounts and tax.
- Any other duties appropriate to the position.

Skills & Experience
- CPA/CA Qualified
- Minimum of 8 years accounting experience, 3 years in a senior finance role.
- Large corporate background, excellent knowledge of US and local Gaap and compliance..
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and financial systems; experience with Oracle is an advantage.
- Highly focused, with strong attention to detail.
- Great Business acumen & commercial awareness.
- Resilient and motivated. A positive “can do” approach to work.
- Inspiring, enthusiastic & creative.
- Results focused.
