As the Motorcycle Sales Manager, you will be at the helm of a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment. Leading a team of dedicated motorcycle enthusiasts, you will guide them towards exceeding sales targets and building lasting customer relationships. **Duties of the Sales Manager**:

- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure an exceptional customer experience by building strong relationships, addressing inquiries and concerns, and providing expert advice on motorcycles and accessories. Your passion for motorcycles will be infectious, leaving customers excited about their purchase.
- Leadership: Inspire and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential. Your leadership skills will be the engine that drives the team's success.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue and market share. You will analyse market trends, identify growth opportunities, and create innovative approaches to attract new customers.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory and ordering processes, ensuring a diverse selection of motorcycles to meet customer demands. Your attention to detail will optimise stock levels and streamline operations

**Experience required**:

- Proven track record in motorcycle sales, preferably with experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Deep knowledge and passion for motorcycles, including different brands, models, and features.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with a focus on exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
