We have a new opportunity for a **Digital Enablement Analyst** to join our People & Transformation team. Reporting to the Manager - Digital Enablement, this role is ideally suited to someone passionate about technology with a track record of designing and delivering continuous improvements.
- Full-time, permanent role based in our new West Perth office.
- Flexible working arrangements available, including opportunity to work from home. We work a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.

**About the role**:
Something of a productivity champion, this role has been created to expand capacity in the Digital Enablement team to support the increased appetite for automation and productivity gains across Bethanie. Key responsibilities include:

- Facilitate SharePoint migrations and develop / enhance existing Forms and Power Automate solutions
- Champion the onboarding and ongoing engagement of CoPilot users to maximise value
- Collaborate with and support Citizen Developers in implementing their own solutions
- Provide Business Analyst support for process re-engineering and optimisation requests related to enterprise system enhancements
- Coordinate Hack Day events to identify and improve opportunities across Shared Services teams

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - in particular the ability to connect the understanding of technical and non-technical colleagues
- Experience with prioritisation and process improvement methodologies
- Demonstrated appropriate and effective selection and use of technologies, including Generative AI
- Attention to detail and critical thinking ability
- Willing to obtain necessary vaccinations and current National Police Clearance
