**About the Role**:
As the Specialist Project Delivery you will contribute to the execution of construction strategies, standards, frameworks, integration and interface management across the projects lifecycle to ensure delivery in line with the approved statement of requirements. More specifically, you will:

- Take ownership of project decisions and outcomes and monitor and manage impacts to value across the project lifecycle.
- Develop integrated project deliverables and integrate project work across projects through interfacing with stakeholders and managing the successful transition of project closure.
- Define project objectives/schedules, identify critical activities, monitor the project plan/schedule and drive continuous improvement initiatives across projects.
- Monitor and manage project performance to deliver projects in line with safety standards, requirements, budget and scope.
- Manage contract execution and analysis to maximise operational and financial performance and mitigate exposure and risk.

**About You**:

- You will have an overriding commitment to health, safety and the environment;
- Experience in projects in not required but highly regarded;
- It will be a role requirement that you have a current drivers licence;
- Experience in mining is not required but highly regarded.
