Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, tea, and other beverages.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment.
- Take customer orders, process payments, and handle cash or card transactions.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including coffee machines and preparation stations.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment.
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Assist in training new team members when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Barista is necessary
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate weights.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and different shifts.

Preferred Skills:

- Latte art skills.
- Familiarity with different coffee blends and brewing methods.
- Experience with POS (Point of Sale) systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- barista: 2 years (preferred)
