An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced UX/UI Designer to work on a digital project for 12 months in a Federal Govt agency located in Sydney CBD. WFH Hybrid role.

**Your new role**
- You will be designing, implementing and reporting on user experience research
- Gathering requirements and preferences from stakeholders
- Designing user interactions and interfaces which meet business and audience needs
- Engaging broadly across disciplines to ensure all relevant functional, quality and compliance criteria are captured

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience designing and facilitating exercises, gathering stakeholder and user needs/challenges
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams to achieve data-focused outcomes
- Strong familiarity with the policy and legislative requirements impacting experience design and development processes
- Must be an Australian Citizen
