**To be considered applicants must meet the following essential criteria**:

- **2 years + experience on Rail**:

- Have a good attitude towards safety and experience working in high safety critical environments
- Willing to pay for your own flights from the East Coast if needed
- **Cert II Rail Infrastructure or equivalent**:

- Construction card
- Full C Class Driving Licence or higher with no restrictions (HR Licence preferred but not essential)
- Able to pass Rail Category 3 medical and ongoing D&A screens

**Desirable but not essential**:

- Operate Road/Rail vehicle (TLIC3045) or equivalent
- Experience and tickets to operate regulators and tampers (TLIC2054) (TLIC2059) (TLIC2058)
- Welding units of competency (TLIW3035) (TLIW2012) (TLIW3015) (TLIW3016) or equivalent
- Excavator, loader and skid steer experience
- High Risk Licence - Dogging, Rigging, Crane, Elevated Work Platform, Forklift etc
- Four Wheel Drive training
- HR “F” endorsement
- First Aid training
