**About the role**:
Due to the expansion of this growing business we are looking for an experienced Store Manager to take the reigns of there Carindale boutique. You will lead and motivate a high performing team of stylists to deliver exceptional in store experiences whilst supporting store operations.

**What you'll need**:

- Previous experience leading a team in a fashion retail environment
- Proven experience meeting and exceeding store sales targets.
- Immaculate presentation and grooming standards
- Ability to work autonomously
