**Retail Manager**

$70,000 - $80,000 per year + Super

Full Time Position-38 hours per week **KAJALE AND CO PTY LTD (**Mad Mex Miranda) is looking for an experienced **Retail Manager** to lead their team at Miranda NSW 2228. If you have strong leadership skills, a passion for great food, and a drive for business success, we’d love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee product selection, stock levels, and customer service quality.
- Implement promotions, set competitive prices, and drive sales growth.
- Lead local marketing efforts and advertising initiatives to attract customers.
- Assist customers with product choices and enhance their experience.
- Maintain accurate records of stock and transactions while managing budgets effectively.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure smooth operations and high performance.
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety, hygiene, and food industry regulations

What We’re Looking For**:

- At least 1 year of experience in retail, hospitality, or QSR management.
- Certificate or diploma in retail management will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, sales, and business skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and team performance.
- Passion for customer service and food quality.
