Padstow, Australia Friendly Faces Childcare Full time

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for qualified educatorsto join our motivated and friendly team at our highly respected Early Education & Care centre located in Padstow, NSW

Available positions are:

- **Certificate 3 or Diploma qualified educator for FULL TIME position**

This position will be employed on a 12 month contract working a 40 hour week from Monday to Friday on a rotating roster from 7am to 6pm. A warm nature, energy and nurturing qualities will be valued highly.
- **Certificate 3 or Diploma qualified educator for PART TIME position**:
This position will be employed on a part time contract working a minimum of 2 days a week (preferably 3-4 days) on a rotating roster anywhere between our operating times of 7am to 6pm. A warm nature, energy and nurturing qualities will be valued highly.

Roles will entail:

- Job sharing with a Diploma trained educator (part time position)
- Assisting with the implementation of programs and experiences to meet the needs of individual children
- Contributing to the completion of documentation of children's skills and interests that includes a clear cycle of reflective practice
- Ensuring the physical environment is well maintained
- Engaging in professional communication with families and caregivers

All successful applicants must have excellent written and communication skills, desire to work in the childcare industry, alert, observant, active and able to use judgement and initiative, work in a team and willingness to accept responsibility.

We are looking to appoint an educator who is dedicated, confident and understands primary care giving and respectful practice with children. Essential requirements for this position are:

- Completed Certificate 3 or Diploma in Education and Care qualification
- Current approved first aid certificate (or willing to acquire one)
- Current approved anaphylaxis and asthma management certificates (or willing to acquire one)
- Current Working with Children Check
- The ability to understand and implement EYLF & NQS requirement.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within Early Childhood.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $23.49 - $30.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
