**About the role**:
We are on the hunt for a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join our brand experience team as a Brand Experience Lead based in the beautiful Bendigo. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact and drive the success of our company's ratings results.

As the Brand Experience Lead, your primary objective will be to collaborate closely with our local Content team to develop and execute creative audience experiences that will elevate our assets and brands to new heights. By strategically managing, designing, and implementing well-targeted activations and brand experience tactics, you will position our product prominently within the local markets. Success in this role will require a comprehensive understanding of attracting listeners (ratings) and achieving GFK objectives through various channels, including brand experience activity, external branding, web tactics, and social media.

Working in conjunction with the Brand Experience Director, you will also play a pivotal role in leading, coaching, and developing our team of Brand Experience Specialists and other functional supports within the local market. A high level of emotional intelligence, humility, respect, and resilience will be essential as you provide guidance and direction in all aspects of audience activity.

**Experience we’re looking for**:

- Experience and knowledge of radio/media promotions, marketing, branding, PR, digital media and/or social media strategy
- Knowledge of content, sales and promotions in the radio/media industry including an understanding of the business benefits of integration across all platforms
- Excellent people and resource management skills
- Successful track record leading, motivating and inspiring complex teams; leading teams towards the delivery of creative solutions
- Ability to provide creative and practical solutions to meet Sales briefs and Content development needs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to deal with staff and clients at all levels
- Keen interest in news, popular culture and current affairs relevant to SCA’s audiences
