About The Opportunity

Programmed has recently expanded its operations and established a new depot in Epping, serving as the base for our outer-northern Local Government Area (LGA) grounds maintenance service contracts. We are looking for multiple Grounds Maintenance Operators to join our dedicated team, committed to delivering exceptional maintenance services for our valued clients. Key Responsibilities

- Operate a range of commercial out-front and zero-turn mowers, as well as other small plant equipment.

- Perform weed and pest control through spraying and manual weeding.

- Undertake all horticultural activities, including formative pruning and hedging of trees and shrubs.

- Ensure sites are maintained and presented to a high standard.

- Comply with all occupational health and safety processes and procedures.

About You

To join our team, ideally, you will have experience in gardening however not required, a passion for providing quality work and a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others. Additionally, you will have:

- Previous experience in gardening or grounds maintenance is advantageous but not essential.

- A current driver's license and white card (MR license is beneficial).

- A chemical certificate (desirable).

- A professional approach to the workplace.

- The ability to execute work to a high standard.

- A strong commitment to and understanding of quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems.
