Ally Fashion is an Australian based multi-brand fast fashion destination which provides its customers with value, quality, and on-trend outfits through an enthusiastic, fun, and professional team. Ally first opened its doors in Sydney in 2001 and now has over 160+ stores nationally as well as a thriving online store shipping worldwide.

We are looking for Expressions of Interest from experienced Store Manager who have a passion for people development, delivering results and the Ally brand.

You will be based in Perth and be responsible for managing all aspects of the retail store operations within your region.

What We Are Looking For
- store management experience in fashion retail
- Proven experience in recruiting and developing teams
- Proven track record to meet sales and KPI budgets
- Self motivated and ability to motivate a team which is driven by sales and thrives on challenges
- Work well under pressure
- Hands on and self motivated
- Capable of taking responsibility for your personal and region's results
- Desire to establish a long term career

What Your Day Will Involve
- Train teams to organise and maintain large volume of stock, with a high visual merchandise appeal
- Empower and train your teams to perform at their best
- Ensure sales and KPI budgets are being met
- Manage stock and expenses within your region
- Prepare and manage staff rosters in-line with sales achievement
- Train teams to balance both customer service and administrative duties
