Are you a skilled Front of House Supervisor? We're looking for a **Supervisor** to lead our hospitality operations at our café at **Rockingham Tafe**. If you’re passionate about great food, great coffee and team leadership - we’d love to hear from you

**About the Role**

As the **Supervisor**, you’ll be responsible for the daily front of House operations. This includes:

- Leading a small, dedicated team to deliver high-quality service
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards
- Support the Chef with menu planning, ordering, receiving stock and stock rotation.

**About You**

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

- A minimum of **3 years’ experience** in a front of house supervisor role or similar
- Must be a accomplished barista
- Knowledge of the kitchen preferred but not essential
- A methodical, organised approach to work
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, with relevant certifications
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive attitude and strong work ethic

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.15 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week

**Experience**:

- Barista: 2 years (preferred)
- Supervising: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handling Certificate (preferred)
- Police Clearance or the ability to obtain one (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

**Location**:

- Rockingham WA 6168 (preferred)
