**Front of House (FOH) Manager - Café**

We are seeking a passionate and experienced **Front of House Manager** to join our vibrant team at our busy café in Rockingham WA6168.

**About the Role**:
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the daily front-of-house operations, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth team coordination, and maintaining high operational standards.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Minimum **2 years' experience** in a FOH management role (café, restaurant or similar)
- **Current Approved Manager Card** (required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proven ability to lead, train and motivate a small team
- Comfortable managing busy shifts, resolving issues and handling bookings/payments
- Available for a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays
