**What you’ll do**:

- **Lead by Example**: Set the tone for your team through your own performance, energy, and attitude.
- **Inspire & Motivate**: Drive your team to exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- **Champion Sales & Performance**: Take ownership of store KPIs and work proactively to exceed them.
- **Operational Excellence**: Oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure your store runs like clockwork.
- **Customer Focus**: Be the go-to person for customers, creating memorable shopping experiences that build loyalty.
- **Grow & Develop**: Train and develop your team, fostering a positive and high-performing store culture.
- **Process & Compliance**: Ensure all company procedures, visual merchandising standards, and safety policies are consistently implemented and maintained.

- **Leadership experience**: A proven leader who can bring out the best in their team.
- **Retail expertise**: Solid retail experience, ideally in furniture, homewares, or a related industry.
- **Sales-driven**: A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- **Customer-focused**: Someone who understands the importance of a great customer experience.
- **Team player**: Collaborative and ready to support your team every step of the way.
- **Availability & flexibility**: Willingness to work weekends and peak trading periods.
- **Physical capability**: Ability to lift and safely handle furniture up to 20kg as required.

**How to Apply**:

Pay: $68,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
