Store Manager

Busy Drive Thru Coffee in Geelong region is seeking experienced store managers.

Avanti Coffee is an established Drive Thru Coffee business with two thriving stores in Lara and Lovely Banks. Starting eight years ago, our name has become a well known staple in the area for quick, great tasting coffee on the go.

We are seeking experienced hospitality professionals with management experience to take on a Store Manager role. We have one position open at each store, with full training and hand over provided. Each store has a full crew of trained staff and an established customer base. The stores are busy, the work is fast paced, but we like to have fun while we work, using solid teamwork to efficiently serve our regular customers.

Experience / Requirements
- Previous management experience; Rostering, stock ordering and staff management.
- Barista experience, and an understanding of grind adjustment, milk texturing and free pouring.
- Customer Service Experience.
- Food Safety Certificate
- Level 1 First Aid Certificate
- Experience with MYOB AccountRight is not essential, but highly regarded.
- Must have full availability and flexibility. We open from 5am - 5pm weekdays, 6am - 3pm Saturday, 7am - 3pm Sunday and all Public Holiday's.
- COVID-19 vaccination certificate required.
- Access to a vehicle and a drivers licence is essential.
