Bottle Shop Manager

We are looking for an energetic, hands-on, customer focused store manager to lead our young and dynamic team
- 18+ RSA or willing to obtain
- Drivers Licence

We are your local bottle shop in Lara that aims to support our local customers all while providing great products. We are proud of our ability to provide exceptional customer service along side a wide range of selected wines, beers and spirits all while conveniently located amongst the community.

**Experience**:

- Supermarket/retail experience
- Bottle shop experience will be an advantage
- Retail/Hospitality Management (Preferer)

**Your** **role**:

- Lead, train, and develop a high performing retail team to consistently deliver the ultimate customer experience to our loyal customer base, we are looking for a real people person;
- Demonstrate a passion for what you sell by developing strong product knowledge of key lines including Beer, Wine, and Spirits;
- Inventory Management - ordering, receiving, receipting, inventory control including managing ideal stock levels, stock variances, and stock loss prevention;
- Execute and manage visual merchandising to create appealing product displays and to ensure the successful implementation of our in-store promotions;
- Create and deliver strategies to achieve Store KPIs including the effective management of store budgets
- Operational Activities maintenance

**Salary**: Up to $70,000.00 per year
