This well-established and consistently growing technology consultancy based in the heart of the Brisbane CBD is delivering specialised project solutions and high-level outcomes to an impressive range of corporate clients. Due to their staff stability and ongoing growth, a new role has been created to support the Directors, while working alongside a Finance Officer, to support the business. You will play an essential part in this business's continued success.

**The Position**:
As the Payroll and Administration Officer, you will be reporting directly to two Directors and responsible for:
Onboarding new employees
Preparing and submitting client reports
Reporting on internal metrics and outcomes to support the Directors with better decision-making
Assisting with critical tenders to grow the business

**Improving the overall efficiency of the business Your Profile**:
To truly thrive in this varied role, you will need to demonstrate phenomenal competencies across several key areas:
Experience processing payroll supported with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for zero mistakes
You will be regularly engaging with clients, Consultants and other internal staff so you should enjoy building relationships, have excellent customer service skills and strong communication
Ability to work in varied roles with competing priorities
Affinity for improving processes, creating efficiencies and resolving problems quickly and efficiently
Strong Excel skills
Xero experience will be helpful
