**Key Responsibilities of the front of house manager**:

- Maintaining venue presentation and cleanliness
- Recruit new staff, and provide training to existing and/or new staff members
- Help the company in achieving desired targets and results
- Make & Approve rosters with an eye of payroll budget (Experience in using Deputy will be great)
- Revenue driven with eyes on labour cost
- Engaging with customers and handling feedback
- Staff rostering
- Front of house stock ordering
- Implementing training programs, company policies and standard operating procedures
- Additional tasks and projects as required by Owner

**Skills and experience required**:

- 2 or more years' experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be self-motivated and reliable
- Excellent leadership skills
- An eye for detail and strong organisational skills

**Salary**:Competitive salary will be offered based on your experience and availability.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Liverpool, NSW 2170: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Management: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
