Business Manager

You'll be empowering and motivating employment consultants to drive the very best outcomes for job seekers who are in the** Workforce Australia Employment Services** program. Your teams' success is what drives you, so regular training and mentoring will be important, supporting them achieve their targets and deliver a quality service. You'll also lead by example, engaging with job seekers to provide tailored employment services.

**Am I suited to being an Business Manager with APM?**

We find people with a background in people leadership, employment services, and management are a great fit for this role. Your ability to create and implement diverse, yet supportive performance strategies to support a team to meet business objectives, will make you a good fit for a Business Manager.

**What you will be doing...**
- Empowering and motivating a team for successful service delivery and performance outcomes
- Training and mentoring of your team and yourself
- Promotion of APM and our services
- Supporting the team to advocate and market our participants to local employers
- Sound understanding of the Culturally and Linguistically Diverse(CALD) & Indigenous contracts.

**To be considered, you will have...**
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- Willing to complete a Criminal History Check
- Ability to pass a Working with Children Check
- Ability to work Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm
- Demonstrated leadership skills
