**Job description**

**Minimum 5 hour shifts**

We are seeking genuine Casual Disability Support Workers to join our diverse growing team This position requires your willingness to support people with their community, their home and or Supported Independent Living setting. _**Opportunities in Brassall, Logan, Hillcrest, Augustine Heights and Thornlands**_

**What we need from you;**
- Availability to work a combination of sleep over and day shifts as requested
- A positive and contemporary attitude towards providing high quality support to people with a Disability in a variety of settings
- Sound interpersonal and communication skills (Verbal & Written)
- Ability to work within a team environment, such a Supported Independent Living homes (SIL)
- Experience in the industry, desirable but not necessary
- Certificate lll in Individual Support or commitment to complete
- Paid Blue Card or willing to obtain prior to commencement
- NDIS Worker Clearance Paid Blue Card or willing to obtain prior to commencement
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate
- A reliable vehicle & valid Driver License

**Salary**: $29.00 - $34.00 per hour

- First Aid & CPR Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person

**Job Type**: Commission

Pay: From $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

**Experience**:

- Working with people with a disability: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Blue Card (preferred)
- Yellow Card (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Full Driver Licence (preferred)
