**Our client**:
Based in Toowoomba, our clients specialise in manufactuing a range of food products using a variety of different machines including extrusion and injection moulding. They are a growing business who are experiencing increased production volumes who believe in promoting from within, offering training and career development opportunities for those who are looking for a place to work and feel valued.

**What will you do?**

Working within the manufacturing arm of the business, you will be working within a team environment which will see you;
- Set up machines, monitoring, adjustment, cleaning
- Operating machinery used in the production process and complete product changes
- Monitoring production and product parameters throughout processing and perform sampling and/or testing
- Complying with all health, safety and quality requirements
- Ensure correct raw materials are used during production
- Promote GMP, always looking to ensure best practice standards are achieved

**Who are you?**

You will come with a great attitude and willingness to work, you may also possess;
- Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment
- Track record for being reliable and punctual
- Plastic extrusion experience will be highly regarded but not essential
- Strong mechanical aptitude coupled with well-developed problem solving and diagnostic skills
- Capable of lifting 20 kg and be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Basic written communication and numeracy skills are essential for these positions
- Previous experience in batching & measuring ingredients
- Ability to work day or afternoon shifts
