**Position: NDIS Support Coordinator & Psychosocial Recovery Coach**

**Location**: Sydney South West

**Position**:Casual view to PPT

**About the Role**:
In this dual role, you will provide NDIS Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching to participants, guiding them through their NDIS journey and supporting them in achieving their personal goals. You will work closely with participants, their families, and service providers to develop and implement tailored support plans, ensuring that each individual receives the assistance they need to thrive.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist participants in coordinating their NDIS supports, including connecting them with service providers, community resources, and mainstream services.
- Work with participants to build their capacity, enhance their independence, and achieve their personal goals.
- Provide Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, supporting participants with mental health challenges to develop strategies for managing their recovery and improving their overall wellbeing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with participants, their families, and relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor participant progress and adjust support plans as needed to ensure they are achieving their goals.
- Ensure all documentation and reporting are completed accurately and within required timeframes.
- Ensure participants are working within their allocated NDIS budgets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Support Coordinator and/or Psychosocial Recovery Coach or equivalent role
- Strong understanding of the NDIS and relevant supports available in the community
- Experience working with participants who have complex mental health conditions and/or disabilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant technology
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
