We're looking for an OSHC Director of Service, who's ready to bring their A-game and lead our incredible service in
**Doncaster East,** with fun, creativity, and passion.

As an OSHC Director of Service, you'll have the opportunity to:

- Unleash your imagination and plan unforgettable activities for primary aged students.
- Lead a dynamic and supportive team of educators who are just as passionate as you.
- Create a safe and exciting environment where kids can let their creativity soar.
- Build strong relationships with parents and the wider school community through regular communication & collaboration.
- Foster a positive and inclusive community to ensure the happiness of every child.
- Keep things running smoothly by ensuring your service is compliant to the legislation, National Quality Standards, and MTOP.

We're looking for someone who has:

- A passion for working with kids and a talent for bringing out the best in them.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills that inspire others to follow your lead.
- A creative problem-solving approach and the ability to handle any situation that comes your way.
- Prior experience working within the OSHC sector, or a relevant sector
