We are looking for a highly enthusiastic and customer centric Store Manager for their Semaphore store.

The duties of the role include:

- Ordering of stock and products
- Rosters - working to a budget
- Stock rotation
- Staff training
- Reconciliation of cash at the end of the day
- Maintaining cleanliness of store
- Overall presentation of the store
- Managing up to a team of 6 staff
- Full time hours over a 6 day roster (more than likely with one day off during the week)
- Must be polite, outgoing and honest
- Must have extensive customer service experience in a similar role as a manager/supervisor
- Experience in the food industry or in a bakery as well as barista training is essential
