**The Client**

Our client is a leading global provider of point-of-sale (POS) and back-office system software and services for some of the world's biggest hospitality brands, and they are on a hunt for a Marketing & Brand Manager to join their growing business based in their Head Office in Sydney Northern Beaches.

**The Role**

Reporting to the GM, as a Marketing & Brand Manager, you will own overall business brand positioning, image and communications strategy. You will be responsible for the development and execution of brand and generalist marketing activities such as brand strategy and campaigns, budgets, sales enablement collateral, product launches, competitor analysis and communications strategy.
- Identify Opportunities and monitor global market trends through customer data analysis and market research
- Work with customer, sales and product teams to understand ICP within target verticals and customer groups
- Evolve the brand positioning for each of the global acquisition markets
- Prepare and manage the annual brand and marketing budget
- Define and scope marketing and brand campaigns that support strategy, brand positioning and annual business objectives
- Appoint and manage any external brand or design agencies where necessary
- Create and maintain supporting sales material
- Collaborate with Head Of Growth Marketing to produce customer case studies
- Oversee development and implementation of PR and Media Comms plan
- Manage all client and external sponsorships
- Support a Head Of Growth Marketing with copy or content for website or social media
- Coordinate and manage events
- Research prospects, customers, competitors and categories to understand opportunities, developing trends and risks

I am looking for a Marketing generalist with strong brand communication experience including:

- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
- Expertise in driving development of marketing strategies, brand and campaign assets, RFP responses and sales collateral, budget allocation and tracking
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Proven track record and confidence with copy writing and content creation to translate technical solutions into compelling customer focused content
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
