**About the Role**:
**Reporting to**: Assistant Depot Manager
**Employment Type**: Permanent, Full-Time
**Work Location**: Pinnacle Road, Altona North
**Normal Depot Operating Hours**: 5am - 10pm
**The role and responsibilities will include**:
Manage all operational aspects of the yard at CMA CGM Inland Services (CCIS)
Assist in container control to ensure trucks are loaded/unloaded in a timely and efficient manner
Operate Depot Container Handling equipment as required
Communicate with Surveyors / workshop personal / reefer technicians and wash bay operators to ensure stocks demands are met
Communicate client requirements with the Senior Container Controller
Assist with invoicing and other operational duties as required
Check and monitor booking and estimate dashboards in the depot container park system for correct coding and pricing
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
Experience in Container Park supervising operations is essential
A background in container control would be highly regarded. Experience in forklift operation and surveying containers would also prove beneficial
**Training/qualifications (or equivalent experience)**:
A forklift operator certificate
IICL Container inspector Certification
AQIS Class 2.6 Inspectors Accreditation
**Eligibility Requirements**:
Applicants must be an Australian citizens or a permanent residents.
If you are a New Zealand citizen and planning to relocate permanently to Melbourne, Australia, you are more than welcome to apply.
