**The Role**:
This Government Agency is seeking a Compliance Advisor to provide expert advice to develop and maintain compliance obligations in the organisation.

**The Responsibities**:

- Support the implementation of the Compliance Framework, ensuring obligation management is adequately governed, managed, and reported on.
- Assist in the management of the Obligations Register covering corporate and operational obligations.
- Mapping the obligations placed, while monitoring, reporting, and advising in relation to compliance with these obligations.
- Manage the roll out of compliance education and training modules as required.
- Co-ordinate quarterly governance reporting for executive, and sub-committees of the Board, including risk, assurance, and compliance.

**Skills & Expereince Desired**:

- Expereince as a Compliance Adviser for a minimum of 5 years.
- Demonstrated ability to employ sound judgement, analyse complex information, make informed decisions and recommendations, and maintain confidentiality.
- Experience undertaking successful compliance analysis and reporting activities.
- Demonstrated experience in the preparation and delivery of reports, briefs, and other materials regarding complex and sensitive matters.
