**About the role**

You will provide expert customer centric end-user support across a range of hardware, software and networks within highly secure defence environments. Embedded amongst our Defence community supporting all their ICT requirements to enable them to protect Australia's interest and ensuring the highest level of customer service and support.
- Support of desktop infrastructure and service across multiple technology streams including Hardware, Software and Networks
- Asset refresh, relocation deployment and decommission maintaining data integrity throughout.
- Maintenance of client's physical infrastructure including desktop equipment, peripherals, telephony, print devices, audio/visual conferencing equipment.
- Actively engage with stakeholders keeping them updated as their case progresses, notifying of any delays.
- Liaise with customer and other stakeholders to determine and document user IT and AV requirements.
- Work with the national team to deliver more complex or large-scale Customised ICT Requests

**About you**
- Demonstrated entry level technical knowledge of hardware and peripherals i.e. laptops, notebooks, workstations desktop PC's, printers, media and audio-visual equipment.
- Demonstrated entry level or basic working knowledge of basic IT infrastructure and network equipment
- Strong verbal and written communication including the ability to articulate technical information to the targeted audience.
- Ability to work well within a team while fostering relationships and partnerships and a can-do attitude
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the use of an incident management toolset.
- Current or Reinstatable AGSVA Clearance
