**About the role
We are looking for an efficient, enthusiastic, and friendly person to work in our Canteen as a Cook. This role requires the successful applicant to be available to work the day shift.
- Monday to Saturday
- Available for day shift (4am to 1pm) and afternoon shift (1pm to 9pm)
- Fantastic exposure to Woolworths Limited Distribution Network
- Work as part of a team in a fast paced environmentGreat hospitality opportunity

**In this role, your key responsibilities include:
- Cooking, handling and preparing food
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Housekeeping and sanitation
- Cash handling, processing EFT transactions and operation of the register
- Filling and maintaining the presentation of stock
- Abiding by all Company policies and procedures including those relating to Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) and Food SafetyOther duties as requested

You will report to the Canteen Manager.

**You will have
- Experience in food handling and preparation
- Experience in cooking everday meals and baking
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and staff through strong customer service skills
- Ability to work a flexible roster
- Experience in cash handling and till operation
- Excellent standards of personal presentation
- Proactive and self motivated with the ability to perform multiple tasks
- Ability to operate autonomously and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
- Portray a positive attitudeDemonstrated understanding of OH&S issues and food safety
