- Permanent Full-Time role - Based in Acacia Ridge
- **5.30am - 3:30pm Monday to Thursday availability**

**About the role**
To provide comprehensive and sound kitchen duties ensuring a high level of hygiene standards at all times.
- Undertake all duties in accordance with the food safety and hygiene legislation, regulations and standards, including those specifically relating to the service of food to vulnerable persons and other relevant Bolton Clarke quality and customer service standards
- Monitor, clean and tidy areas for which the employee is responsible
- Undertake general cleaning duties within a kitchen, food preparation area, cold and storerooms, including the cleaning of cooking and general utensils used in the kitchen.
- General pantry duties including handling, storing and distributing a variety of goods.
- Assemble and prepare ingredients for cooking.
- Prepare food to meet special dietary requirements.
- Serve food and beverage to customers
- Pick, label and dispatch goods in accordance with orders made
- Maintain stock levels

**What do we need from you?**
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
- Reliability and shift flexibility.
- Food Handlers Certificate (desirable, not essential).
- Demonstrated understanding of food handling and hygiene principles.
- Willingness to learn and understand the Food Health Regulations.
- Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
- Working rights in Australia.
- Evidence of your 2025 Flu vaccine and COVID 19 vaccinations
