We have an immediate requirement for a Design Covenant Manager to work with our Western Australia Communities business. This is full time, permanent role based at our office in Perth CBD.

In this role, you will act as the best point of contact for our Customers post settlement inquires i.e. fencing and landscaping, customer issues, proactive customer management, caveat releases.

Some of your other duties will be to:
Support the Sales Team (when necessary) with inbound sales enquiries

Support the Sales Team with management of Conditional and Unconditional contracts

Provide assistance (when necessary) with database management

Work with customers and builders to approve proposed home designs in line with our covenant guidelines
