**The Role**:
We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales & Support Representative to join our Runva Australia team in Truganina. This pivotal role combines technical support, warranty and returns management, sales order processing, and customer service — all aimed at driving growth and delivering exceptional support to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert technical support and promptly resolve customer enquiries via phone and online channels.
- Manage warranty claims and returns efficiently according to company guidelines.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and FAQs to enhance customer and internal support.
- Accurately process sales orders daily and assist with payments and sales reporting.
- Support the Sales Manager with sales initiatives and dealer/distributor engagement.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver outstanding service at every touchpoint.

**Who You Are**:

- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in mechanical products and installations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Skilled in writing effective technical documentation.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused and able to manage multiple priorities seamlessly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Capacity to handle and lift heavy products

**Experience**:

- Practical experience working with mechanical products; winch experience highly valued.
- Knowledge of the 4x4/4WD industry preferred.
- Experience in technical support, warranty management, and sales order processing is an advantage.
