Eagle Vale, Australia Little Lovelies Nanny & Babysitting Agency Full time

**Location: Eagle Vale, NSW**
**Start Date**: 25 February 2025 or ASAP
**Contract Term**: Minimum 6 months (longer-term preferred)
**Pay**: $35 to $40 per hour (rate depending on nannies experience and qualifications)
**Days and Hours**:
3 days per week (24hrs), can be any 3 days from Tuesday to Friday
8:00 AM 4:00 PM

**About the Role**:
The nanny will be responsible for caring for the little boy, encouraging play-based learning, and creating a structured but flexible daily routine. Meal preparation and light household tasks will also be part of the role, particularly during Lucas nap time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Morning routine prepare and feed breakfast or a snack
- Plan and engage in developmentally appropriate activities such as reading, singing, outdoor walks, and structured play
- Encourage practical life skills, such as helping with simple household tasks
- Prepare and feed lunch, then settle for his 2 3 hour nap
- Use nap time for a break, meal preparation, and light household tasks (laundry, tidying, occasional mopping if time permits)
- Take on outings to activities such as Gymbaroo, Rhyme Time, or local parks
- Foster positive reinforcement and redirection techniques rather than traditional discipline methods
- Drive to activities using the family-provided car (Mazda CX8 SUV 2023)

**Requirements**:

- Childcare qualifications preferred (or currently studying with extensive nanny experience)
- Driver s license required (family car provided)
- Working With Children Check
- First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
- Experience with meal preparation using whole and clean ingredients
- Comfortable around pets (family has a friendly Cavoodle, no pet care required)

**Additional Notes**:

- Both parents work from a home office, but boundaries are in place to maintain an independent nannying environment
- Grandmother lives with the family but is respectful of the nanny s space and responsibilities and does not intervene
