As a Quality Lab Analyst, you will be required to test and release products that are within specification. Have the ability to support cross functional stakeholders, such as production/manufacturing, warehouse, technical, sales, customer care and planning teams. You will also be required to set up sensory samples for tasting and partake in panel tasting. In this role, you be responsible for ensuring that our manufacturing processes cover the relevant controls and practices to ensure a high level of quality is maintained. In this exciting new role, with a delivery mindset you will:
**Develop our Business**:

- Assist in setting up best practice to ensure all aspects of Quality are implemented and controlled in the Production area
- Conduct Calibration checks as needed
- Take part in daily sensory panel
- Drive continuous improvement, and contribute to making QC processes more efficient
- Raise quality non-conformance for out of specification finished goods and raw materials

**Position our Products**:

- Analyse all incoming raw materials and finished good samples promptly to ensure that we are providing superior quality products to our customers.
- Assist management in reinforcing Good Manufacturing Practices in Production
- Conduct allergen and environmental swabs regularly to ensure that our workplace is a safe and healthy environment to work in.

**Your professional profile includes**:

- A degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering
- A minimum of 12 months experience working in a QC role in food manufacturing industry or in a laboratory
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with Google Suite, Microsoft Suite
- Tech Savvy
- HACCP and GMP knowledge
- Basic SAP knowledge will be highly regarded
- Quality Control knowledge from a food manufacturing industry will be highly regarded
